# Boosted Markets & Campaigns

Some markets earn **2x Midas Points**. These are marked with a **Boost badge** in the UI. Same fee, double the reward — plus higher listing placement.

## How Boosting Works

* Normal market: $100 trade → **100 MP**
* Boosted market (2×): $100 trade → **200 MP**

The fee you pay is identical. Only the MP reward doubles. Boosted markets are also promoted in the UI with a Boost badge and higher listing placement.

## How to Get Your Market Boosted

### Path 1: High Liquidity (Automatic Boost)

Deposit **$100,000 or more** as seed liquidity during market creation. Your market will be automatically boosted after admin approval.

### Path 2: Manual Boost (Post-Creation)

Pay a **$500 boost fee** to the MidasPredict team after market creation. This fee is non-refundable.

| Boost Path         | Requirement    | Approval                  | Notes                                |
| ------------------ | -------------- | ------------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| **High Liquidity** | $100,000+ seed | Auto (after admin review) | Best for well-funded markets         |
| **Manual Boost**   | $500 fee       | After payment             | Non-refundable. Any market eligible. |

## Team-Initiated Boosts

The MidasPredict team may also boost markets for strategic purposes:

* New Daily Market categories at launch
* Featured Markets around major events
* Partner protocol campaigns
* Ecosystem growth initiatives

Boost campaigns run for a limited time.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://midashand-1.gitbook.io/midaspredict/knowledge-base/boosted-markets-and-campaigns.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
